BRITISH DESERT CAMO JACKET - 1990's
British desert camouflage poly/cotton jacket with woodblock print with a multiple pattern, using inverted M of MYAR.
This item was part of the DPM Combat Uniform developed by the British Army at the beginning of the 1980’s for the ‘Desert Storm’ operation.
Through the years different patterns were created starting from this camouflage, so it is now possible to find it in many color variations.
This style was very appreciated by soldiers, both for the fit and the fabric.
DPM is the acronym for Disruptive Pattern Material and was introduced by the British Army during the 1960’s, now it is one of the most copied patterns.
