British camouflage jacket.
Multicam is a camou age design originally developed for the US Army as a joint venture with Crye Precision and US Army Natick Laboratories.
The intent of this design was to adequately camou age the soldier when operating in many different environments and seasons,
thus lessening the need for several camou age patterns to remain within the supply system. Lessons learned by British troops in Afghanistan led to the Multi Terrain Pattern - being introduced in the British Army from 2010.
The pattern is a hybrid of the Crye Multicam and the traditional DPM. The pattern has been copyrighted by the British MoD.
