ENGLISH BARRACK TROUSERS - 1960’s
English barrack trousers with large belt hoops and lined trousers bands used in the 60’s.
The Barrack trousers were a clear example of the strong Americanizations in British uniforms, in particular those of the Royal Military Police, developed in the 1960’s.
A poly-cotton is used giving many advantages to the soldiers, so they could be used in all seasons without any problems.
The fabrics resistant nature made them easy to wash and dry while maintaining the pleats. features included regulators on the waistband and extra long belt loops to facilitate the use of large belts.
