DEUTCH HORSE TROUSERS - 1970’s
German trousers tapered, with articulated knee and grey yarn dye bottom bindings.
These trousers were given to the Wolkspolizei members from 1946.
They were part of a uniform created to proudly show the opulence and power of Sovietic bloc, expecially for the high ranking officials.
These trousers were known as 'Stiefelhose' and had a very high waist. Worn almost under the ribs, they were normally used with black shiny horse boots.
